The day has eventually come to bring Immediately Oat Week to a close.
I am aware, I know. I’m positive you are tremendous sad. Well, I’m unhappy too. Oatmeal dishes are now the thing that got me to begin reading websites way back when. If you are in to oats, then you learn about Kath’s (from Kath Eats)montage of oats on her behalf site. That woman could make oats seem like a freaking million dollar menu!
Long story short. I dropped in love with oats about 6 years ago and haven’t seemed back since. It’s my break fast each day of the week. I loved this series because making all of these dishes didn’t seem like just work at all. It was so enjoyment to use new permutations and get to consume oats for break fast, lunch, and meal 7 days straight..I kid you not.

- Focus on a 1 to 1 percentage of oats and fluid (I often opt for almond dairy). From there- put more fluid if you’re not a supporter of chewy, tremendous solid oats!
- Greek yogurt could be the master of creaminess.
- The improvement of chia seeds is likely to make your whole break fast expand. They take in a huge amount of fluid and increase times 8, which will probably be ideal for increasing size AND digestion.
