Our Story

myNIME was created out of real life challenges that are faced by property managers, building board members and insurance brokers during the risk management lifecycle. Our team came from different corners of the industry: seasoned property managers constantly buried under COIs, renewal reminders, and vendor follow-ups; insurance brokers trying to bring clarity to complex processes, and tech experts who couldn’t believe how much time was still being lost to outdated systems.

The pain points were obvious. The tools? Scattered. And the opportunity to make something better and smarter, was a challenge worth solving.
